lab cupping!
This Tuesday will be our first official lab cupping! Cupping is the method used by the coffee industry to determine taste and aroma nuances in coffee. Many of you are amazed by the level of detail in our coffee descriptions. Participating in a cupping is the best and most fun way to learn how to detect all those subtleties.
